Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients. The Role We are hiring an Onsite Audio/Video & Infrastructure Support Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role involves providing onsite support for AV systems, IT equipment, and basic network tasks. This position is for a Dispatch Technician, providing on-demand onsite support. Key Responsibilities Audio/Video & Meeting Room Support Provide onsite support for conference room and AV-related issues Support video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, board rooms, MPRs, and focus rooms Perform break/fix support, equipment replacement, and decommissioning Manage OEM warranty repairs and RMAs Maintain accurate AV room inventory records Incident Management & Dispatch Support Respond to ticketed onsite requests Resolve incidents within defined SLAs Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support or OEMs Event & Meeting Support Provide onsite AV support for events and meetings Handle setup, testing, live troubleshooting, and post-event shutdown Deliver AV training for newly deployed rooms Infrastructure & Smart Hands Support Provide onsite smart hands support for network and infrastructure tasks Rack & stack, patch cabling, port verification, and device replacements Support office moves, expansions, and infrastructure projects Requirements Experience AV Event Support: 3+ years or certification Technical Skills Knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante). Experience with OEMs (Logitech, Poly, Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, etc.). Basic networking (switches, routers, cabling). Troubleshooting end-user devices (Windows & non-Windows). Ability to work safely at height (ladders/lifts). Soft Skills Strong communication in English (local language). Professional and customer-friendly attitude.
