Immigration Consultant

Elation Visas is inviting fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our expanding team as Immigration Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in international migration processes, and are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the immigration and visa consulting industry. No prior immigration consulting experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients who visit the office or contact through calls and messages
• Understand client profiles, eligibility, and immigration goals
• Provide accurate information about immigration programs, visa categories, and procedures
• Explain documentation requirements and application processes clearly
• Guide clients through each stage of their immigration application
• Maintain and update client records and basic documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases
• Follow up with clients regarding application status and updates
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy approach in all interactions

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in any field
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
