Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5 (US - est hours)

Rate: $1,000 - $1,850 per month (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented immigration paralegal who can work fully remotely while supporting U.S. attorneys and clients. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with prior experience handling U.S. immigration cases in a remote environment.

  • Prepare and support immigration cases based on the candidate’s area of experience, including:
  • Employment-Based Immigration (if applicable):
    • H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and related filings
