THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, People Events & Experience, you will:
Develop a strategic and operationally effective approach to enable effective event/program identification, planning, development and execution throughout the calendar year
Create and deliver Everyday Luxury events, experiences and programs that inspire and engage our people, driving employee engagement, connection, recognition and wellbeing while connecting to Aritzia’s culture and brand
Develop strong relationships with our Retail, Concierge, Distribution Centre and Support Office stakeholders to understand and support the nuanced needs of each workplace and employee groups
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners such as People & Culture, Workplace Operations, and Food & Beverage to ensure all programs that service our People are designed to deliver the most elevated employee experience
