Job Description

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, People Events & Experience, you will:

  • Develop a strategic and operationally effective approach to enable effective event/program identification, planning, development and execution throughout the calendar year

  • Create and deliver Everyday Luxury events, experiences and programs that inspire and engage our people, driving employee engagement, connection, recognition and wellbeing while connecting to Aritzia’s culture and brand

  • Develop strong relationships with our Retail, Concierge, Distribution Centre and Support Office stakeholders to understand and support the nuanced needs of each workplace and employee groups

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners such as People & Culture, Workplace Operations, and Food & Beverage to ensure all programs that service our People are designed to deliver the most elevated employee experience
