Impairment Benefit Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an Impairment Benefits Specialist (IBS) to join our team on a secondment/contract basis until July 2026. As an IBS, you will be a point of expertise within Gallagher Bassett's Workers Compensation team relating to Impairment Benefits and Permanent Impairment claims. In this highly technical role, you will manage the end-to-end impairment determination process for injured workers in accordance with legislative requirements. Your acute attention to detail, and sound decision making within Workers Compensation legislative frameworks will be key attributes contributing to your success in this position.
