Background: Mexico United **** is a project funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by Partners of the Americas (POA). The project aims to strengthen Mexico's capacity to identify, prevent, and mitigate labor rights risks associated with the **** FIFA World Cup through worker education, multi-stakeholder engagement, journalist and civil society capacity-building, and public-facing communication efforts. Project activities are implemented primarily in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey, in coordination with labor authorities, unions, employers, civil society organizations, journalists, and other relevant actors.
