We’re now looking for a new Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in ANZ and help us bring operational clarity to more institutions across the region.
The mission
Most will agree that universities and colleges are quintessential to a well-functioning society. We are the fastest growing provider in the industry and are expanding rapidly with new implementations in the Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK - to name a few. More and more universities are discovering TimeEdit to solve their academic operations needs.
The challenge As the market is transitioning from legacy monoliths, excel spreadsheets and home-grown has-beens, the TimeEdit customer success team is pivotal in easing the digitisation process for our customers. This critical function is responsible for onboarding universities in the world of TimeEdit.
The role
As an Implementation Consultant within the TimeEdit customer success team, you will...

• Be the process and system expert advising and guiding our customers during the onboarding project
• Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer
• Be responsible for the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the customer onboarding
• Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise TimeEdit to receive maximum value from the product
• Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set-up and onboarding experience
• Be a product expert and understand how different tailored TimeEdit set-ups and workflows serve different purposes and demands
• Serve as a trusted advisor, and represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
  

• Have previous experience working directly with software implementations, either as a Customer Success Manager / Implementation manager at a SaaS company or worked within higher education around the topic of timetabling or curriculum with an interest in academic operations software
• Knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
• Have exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
• Are empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
• Are driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
