This opportunity is for a full-time, 100% remote position. In this case, the selection process is conducted through Bertoni, but you would work with our client in the United States (outsourcing model).

About the client:

A large-scale global organization, a leader in its industry, with a strong international presence and a high volume of critical information that requires the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Complete the training associated with the client’s internal product “Archive 6.0,” specifically related to the migration from version 5.0 to 6.0, as determined by Professional Services leadership.

• Lead assigned customer migration projects from initial engagement through project completion, in accordance with Proofpoint’s defined project execution processes and procedures.

• Perform problem identification, system architecture definition, and implementation.

• Execute technical tasks including hardware/software specification, configuration, testing, and solution deployment.

• Participate in customer training sessions and knowledge transfer as needed.

• Interact with internal company and client managers to oversee and report on project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with other members of the Professional Services (PS) team and support staff.


Qualifications

• Relevant experience in consulting and direct customer interaction.

• Project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills.

• Comfort presenting and explaining technology to individuals with low technical knowledge.

• Patience under pressure.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience working with large cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange/M365.

• Functional knowledge of authentication methodologies such as SAML.

• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Experience providing software support to Fortune 500 companies or other large-scale clients.

• Advanced conversational English.



Additional Information

Interview process stages:

  1. Interview with Bertoni Solutions.
  2. 1 to 2 interviews with the end client.

Additional details:

· Contract type: Independent contractor (no tax/insurance coverage). Gross monthly payment.

· Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.

· Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., U.S. time zones (Eastern to Pacific Time – schedule flexibility).

· Rate: USD 3,500/month, negotiable.

· Equipment: The contractor must use their own equipment (laptop/PC).
