Implementation Consultant (Workday HCM)

Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a contract based BSA to work on their Enterprise corporate solutions focused on Workday HCM platform. The BSA will also assist with D365, Power BI, Power Platform and emerging enterprise technologies.

Location: Hybrid 2d - 3d/week Toronto

Duration: 6 months w/ option to convert to fulltime/permanent

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for Workday and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure Workday, develop integrations, and support cross-platform solutions leveraging Power Platform and related tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during validation and UAT, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions meet user needs.
