**What you will do**:
- Define scope and manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.
- Oversee the financial performance for roll-out phases in line with budgetary stipulations.
- Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
- Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.
- Monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase to secure optimal financial performance.
- Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
- Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.
**The skills you bring**:
- Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering or similar
- Fluent English and Spanish
