Implementation Engineer (Customizations & Integrations)

At Totara, our strength is the speed and quality with which we help customers get value from our products. We're hiring an Implementation Engineer (Customizations & Integrations) to deliver customer-facing technical services across implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing support. 

This is not a core product engineering role. You will write code, but code is one of several tools you'll use to deliver outcomes—alongside configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The work is a mix of customer “quick wins,” extensions/customizations, and technical delivery that keeps customers successful.
