Deploy, configure, and integrate Motadata solutions at customer environments
Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions
Gather customer requirements and align solutions with business needs
Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for seamless delivery
Create and maintain implementation documentation, standards, and user guides
Provide customer training and post-implementation support
