About Ji Be
Ji Be is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the Maritime industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. Ji Be ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation: Escort new Ji Be clients throughout the implementation process of Ji Be Accounting module and assume full responsibility for a successful implementation project.
- Form close relationships with clients’ key stakeholders to build lasting trust in the Ji Be brand.
- Conduct detailed training session with client management team.
- Configurating new clients’ Ji Be Accounting module.
- Customer Success: Maintain a relationship with the existing Ji Be clients and make sure they are using the system to its full potential.
- Introduce new features to Ji Be existing clients and help in the adoption process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate / B. E. or equivalent Preferably Business, Economics or Accounting or Maritime
- Background with Marine domain is preferred
- Excellent English writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication
- Problem solving skills;
- Self-motivated and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to perform well within a multi-location distributed team.
- Basic knowledge of networking & cloud services.
- Good understanding of how software and operating systems work.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to understand their problems and clearly explain the solutions.
