Job Description

Own customers go-live readiness and onboarding. Ensure deployments are smooth, repeatable, and standardized—while shielding engineering from onboarding issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations and go-lives
  • Configure and deploy core admin workflows
  • Handle technical setup and troubleshooting during onboarding
  • Standardize implementation processes, templates, and documentation
  • Ensure quality, security, and reliability before handoff
  • Partner with Product, UX, QA, and GTM teams to improve launch success
  • Build initial support and training materials for customers
  • 6–8+ years in implementations, solutions architecture, or technical account roles
  • Proven experience leading go-live and customer onboarding
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, SQL, and RBAC
