Job Description
Own customers go-live readiness and onboarding. Ensure deployments are smooth, repeatable, and standardized—while shielding engineering from onboarding issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations and go-lives
- Configure and deploy core admin workflows
- Handle technical setup and troubleshooting during onboarding
- Standardize implementation processes, templates, and documentation
- Ensure quality, security, and reliability before handoff
- Partner with Product, UX, QA, and GTM teams to improve launch success
- Build initial support and training materials for customers
- 6–8+ years in implementations, solutions architecture, or technical account roles
- Proven experience leading go-live and customer onboarding
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, SQL, and RBAC
