The incumbent works in a team and is responsible for providing TELUS implementation support to clients and the Sales/CSM team.· Acts as a consultant and provides implementation leadership to Sales, CSMs, and Clients
· Acts as a project manager during the implementation process through to the launch of the TELUS EAP including planning, execution, and follow up
· Monitors each step in the implementation process; identifies potential issues and mitigates them
· Works with client to understand business requirements and produces launch plan with timelines
· Manages implementations across multiple geographies, including Canada, US, UK, Australia and Global
· Stays current with new & innovative ways of educating and delivering information to our clients; establishes standards and best practices across the CSM department.
· May arrange, organise and facilitate Employee Orientations and Manager Orientations (in person, webinar or alternative methods) in conjunction with new client launches
· Works closely with other Implementation Managers; ensures knowledge transfer & sharing of best practices across IM team
· Collaborates with IM team to maintain knowledge portal to ensure Sales and CSMs have access to most current launch processes
· Remains up to date with TELUS processes and systems related to domestic and global client setup, billing, and account management
· Works closely with Onboarding team to understand processes and requirements for launching accounts on TELUS Wellbeing platform, and to incorporate these processes into the overall implementation project
· Works with stakeholders across multiple departments to manage new client implementation requirements, including unique/custom operational processes
· Manages materials & promotional requests as it pertains to the implementation and launch of a new client
· May support re-launch of a client program following a retender, as needed
· Works closely with the Communications team to ensure alignment in promotion and service offering
· Promotes team work and collegiality in the work environment
· Works independently with minimal supervision
· Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of products & solutions, best practices, industry topics and trends
Assists with special projects and other tasks, as required
