About the Role

We are looking for a
Implementation & Onboarding Specialist
to lead the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of our platform for new and existing clients. This is a highly client-facing, technical role responsible for ensuring smooth go-lives, correct system configuration, clean data migration, and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff through successful production launch.
• Configure the platform to match each client's business processes.
• Execute data migration, mapping, and validation for product, inventory, and order data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Analysis teams to ensure smooth integrations with ERP, OMS, and marketplace systems.
• Own UAT cycles, validate business scenarios, track defects, and ensure readiness for launch.
