Responsibilities
- Ensure customer policies, procedures and contractual agreement are consistently met.
- Responsible for all contractual agreements from hiring profile, background checks, hiring process is met.
- Provide strategic guidance to the recruitment team, operations & training team to ensure best in class hiring.
- Communicate with clients on upcoming hiring.
- Escalate any risks for hiring, throughput, background checks etc.
- Ability to correctly interpret root cause and derive appropriate plan of action to fix hiring, profiling issues / challenges.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews.
- Meet strategic objectives of client & also open doors for organic growth with best in class hiring profiles & new hire retention.
- Build rapport with client-side stakeholders.
- Support Account Managers and Sales teams to expand opportunities with clients through new hire capacity & retention.
