Implementation Services Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our implementation team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• An Implementation Services specialist bridges the technical gap between the client’s needs and the company’s solutions. They are responsible for the smooth transition of clients' data and processes onto the company’s platform/s.
• An Implementation Services Specialist is an established, independent individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.
