Overview

GENERAL OBJETIVE

Implement and oversee the implementation of IT solutions and/or services in customers. Taking into consideration budget, scope of services and Customer Satisfaction, and according to the project plans designed and outlined by Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Ensure technical implementation and business processes are aligned.
  • 2. Lead the design, implementation, quality assurance and production rollout of IT projects (ITSM, IT Security, Services, and others).
  • 3. Provide complex technical advice, recommendations and consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products, and services supplied.
  • 4. Ongoing quality assurance on execution and delivery of project tasks.
  • 5. Require resources from Service Support department for complex and/or sizeable project tasks, and monitor, follow-up and perform quality assurance steps and techniques on such outsourced tasks until completion.
