Implementation Conversion Analyst (ICA) - Credit Cards / Payments

| 8-Month Contract-to-Hire | Fully Remote

We are seeking an Implementation–Conversion Analysts to support debit and credit card client implementations in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is an 8-month contract-to-hire role , with full-time conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may align to Central Time)

Location: Fully remote (equipment provided)

• Assist with onboarding and conversion efforts for debit and credit card clients
• Review, interpret, and convert business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
