Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team in delivering cutting-edge poultry farm management software to clients. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and poultry enterprise operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and usage of the software.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients at poultry enterprises to gather, understand, and analyze operational and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including setup, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
• Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify potential challenges during implementation and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases.
• Document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in operations management or supply chain management or IT management
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with poultry farm operations or agriculture technology is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or tech support.
• Knowledge of data management, software configuration, and user training best practices.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or agriculture-specific software tools.
