Implementation Specialist

Summary: We are looking for an experienced CRM / ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and support CRM implementation initiatives within complex, multi-technology environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to manage high-complexity incidents while ensuring successful system deployments in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute CRM implementation initiatives within enterprise environments
  • Participate in ERP implementation or migration projects involving multiple technologies
  • Coordinate cutover activities, script execution, deployment monitoring, and post-release validation
  • Analyze logs, monitor deployments, and support go-live and stabilization phases
  • Collaborate with multiple technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Support integration architectures, including APIs, ESB, ...
