Implementation Specialist

You Will
Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across a variety of client industries and complex use cases, ensuring your clients are gaining the most value from the Smartsheet platform towards their intended business outcome
Lead discovery sessions to understand client's current state processes, business challenges, and future state requirements to design a custom Smartsheet solution that achieves their desired business outcomes
Build Smartsheet solutions via solution prototyping, iterative build sprints, compelling client demonstrations, and collecting and incorporating client feedback
Manage all aspects of your projects, including, but not limited to, timeline, resources, deliverables, scope, budget, change requests and client relations
Collaborate with other consulting team members, both on projects and around personal development. Participate in the onboarding mentor program, both as a mentee and mentor
