Responsibilities

  • Providing on-site services to the customers, including training, system configuration, support
  • Assist Program/Project Manager to coordinate the project implementation
  • Providing remote support services
  • Responsible for data collection and import
  • Project management and follow-up
  • Maintain the daily operation of the system
  • Respond to customer’s issues in time, according to the company’s request

Qualifications

  • Language – English, Japanese - Fluent in communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Flexible thinking and efficient execution and coordination
  • Willing to travel frequently (China and Asia Pacific region)
  • Familiar with basic business etiquette
  • Proficient in Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
