Base pay range: $7,200.00/yr - $9,600.00/yr

This role is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Become a product implementation expert, staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
• Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration (including account settings, domain and email setup, and IDX paperwork).
