We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional services in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on new IPfolio projects which is based on Salesforce platform. We have a great skill set in SQL Server, Oracle, Salesforce admin and technical implementation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in SQL Server and Salesforce basic knowledge (Technical configuration) experience.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree required in field of computer science or similar stream with relevant IT work experience Knowledge of data structures, data modelling tools, and data migration best practices. Good knowledge in writing SQL queries Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Access, and relational database management systems It would be great if you also had
Exposure in SQL Server, Salesforce Data Experience, Programming (preferred – Apex coding), ETL process in-hand experience. Knowledge of Intellectual Property data and terminology. What will you be doing in this role?
Understand data migration requirements ,system functional requirements and client business processes; lead the mapping and migration processes to accurately and efficiently transfer source data and document sets into the IPMS fields and system tables, translate source data into the correct IPMS data values, test and verify data migration accuracy, and collaborate with the Implementation Consultants to provide training to Client Project Teams regarding data migration testing best practices. Assist Clients with the data migration reviews by responding to questions, supporting issue resolution related to data mapping and migration activities, and refining the data migration routines in an iterative, agile approach to meet data migration requirements. Ensure internal and external client satisfaction by completing deliverables in accordance with Project Plans and Project Budgets. Track deliverables and provide documentation in an accurate and consistent manner. Resolve problems and issues efficiently and professionally based on knowledge of IPMS products and related applications and tools. Respond to requests from clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner. Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle. About the Team :

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time opportunity with Clarivate. 9 hours per day including 1 hour lunch break.
