  • The Implementation Specialist Support is responsible for leading and coordinating Small and Medium Business (SMB) client implementations from kickoff through completion.

  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding while collaborating closely with internal teams.

  • The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment.
