• Graduate in any B.tech /BCA /MCA/ BSc. Computer Science.

• Hands-on experience in any MIS platform

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Good-to-Haves

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Experience with BI tools

• Analytical skills and reporting exposure


Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Implementation

• Guide clients through the implementation process, outlining steps and setting

clear expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely deployment of

services or features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during implementation with minimal

disruption to client operations.

Customer Communication

• Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout the

onboarding and implementation phases.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Provide regular updates on the progress of implementation and migration

activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, issues, and

resolutions.

• Generate regular progress reports for all implementation activities.

• Identify recurring issues, trends, or gaps and recommend process

improvements.


Migration Support

• Collaborate with clients to gather data, documents, and prerequisites for

migration.

• Assist clients in understanding migration steps and address any related

queries.

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition of

data and services.


Requirements

• Flexibility to work in shifts – US/UK/AUS

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant

tools
