To support this growth, we’re expanding our delivery capability and looking for an experienced Implementation Supervisor to lead our on‑site deployments.
The Role
As Implementation Supervisor , you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of Swift installations across multiple sites nationwide, with a strong focus on the rollout of Swift TV .
This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines technical installation work with supervision, planning, quality assurance, and client engagement. You’ll set the standard for how Swift projects are delivered – ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high quality.
You’ll work closely with internal Project Delivery, Engineering, and Operations teams while being the on‑site face of Swift to our clients.
This role is based out of Swift’s Head Office in West Perth but requires regular travel across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage installation activities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Combine hands‑on technical work with supervision, planning, and issue resolution.
- Work with Swift Project Managers to determine labour requirements and schedule technical resources to meet project timelines.
- Maintain full accountability for site quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company, client, and legislative standards.
- Oversee the configuration, installation, and testing of:
- Swift TV Media Servers
- Active IP switches and routers
- Swift TV set‑top boxes
- Manage installation hardware and logistics from pre‑dispatch through to on‑site management.
- Prepare installation reports and documentation for internal project teams and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and mobilisation of technical resources across mining, aged care, and hospitality sites.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and site teams during deployments.

You’re a confident, practical leader who enjoys being on site, solving problems, and leading by example. You take pride in quality work and understand that the installation experience is just as important as the technology itself.
Experience & Skills
Experience supervising and coordinating technical implementation teams.
Proven ability to manage competing project demands through effective scheduling and resource planning.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, including Wi‑Fi, switching, and routing.
Understanding of RF distribution and MATV systems (desirable).
Experience working within Mining & Resources and/or Aged Care environments.
Strong customer service focus with clear, professional communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
Construction White Card.
Valid Police Clearance.
Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
Personal Attributes
Comfortable with frequent travel.
Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid computer literacy and familiarity with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel).
Strong leadership and team‑building capability.
