Responsibilities

• Implementation of self‑service products, whether part of a project or a stand‑alone (post‑implementation). Communicate effectively with airport/airline customers to collect necessary onboarding information.
• Efficient and timely configuration of airline/airport onto the Amadeus self‑service product (e.g. WLA, bag tagger, kiosk, etc.) applications.
• Develop and prepare test plans, test objectives, and test scripts/cases (manual or automated) that meet the agreed project scope and are delivered according to agreed schedules for the self‑service product.
• Execute test strategy/scripts/scenarios required to validate the solution or configuration on the self‑service product.
