Shift Time: 7 AM-4 PM / 1 PM-10 PM
Job Overview: As a process associate the individual would be tasked with understanding and processing the clones request. The role directly impacts customers and has a turn-around time of under 24 hours. This would require a customer focused mindset, a very high standard for quality along with an attention to detail. Training and support would be provided for the task and role.
Job Responsibilities And Duties
Perform clones of the data and DMS boxes as part of the Quick Response Team (QRT) Ensure a 100% quality of the clone and delivery process. Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met. Adhere to complete the tasks within given SLA parameters as defined by the business.
