Job Description
An Implementation/Technical Project Coordinator is an integral team member, serving as the primary point of contact for Our Client’s Enterprise Comp Solution implementations. They oversee all onboarding details for new customers and are responsible for driving action items critical to timely and accurate account setups. This is a highly visible role that requires a great deal of communication and coordination between different groups. The Implementation Coordinator works with all offices of the organization including Account Management, Customer Configurations, Software Development, Business Operations, and Executive Management, communicating requirements and deliverables with an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism.
