Implementation / Technical Project Coordinator (Grade 4 or 6) IRC

We are looking for an Implementation/Technical Project Coordinator to lead the onboarding of our Client's Enterprise Comp Solutions. This role coordinates with Account Management, Customer Configurations, Software Development, Business Operations, and Executive Management to ensure timely and accurate account setups and to drive execution of critical action items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple implementations while maintaining accurate details.
• Maintain accurate project schedule using established tools.
• Communicate project scope, schedule, status, and deliverables to all levels of the organization.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly customer onboarding meetings with field and setup teams, stakeholders, technical resources and management.
• Facilitate data file transfers between multiple vendors, field teams and IT groups via network drives, customer...
