Implementations Manager – Build AI Hiring Solutions | Remote First

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the rollout of our global AI-enabled recruiting technology stack across Latin America. In this role, you will lead client communications, manage project delivery, and ensure seamless regional deployments. You will partner closely with Product, Solution Architecture, Workday Integration, Change & Training, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management, including status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and cross-functional coordination.
• Capture user needs (recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators) during discovery and ensure alignment across configuration, workflows, and training plans.
• Oversee a structured hypercare period after go-live, triaging issues, documenting lessons learned, and smoothly transitioning ownership to Support.
