Implementations Network Engineer II

Perform installation oversight, configuration, testing, monitoring, servicing of network equipment, and activation of DoD network services/projects in accordance with DISA standards. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and train team on implementation activities and processes Execute customer coordination, Initial Test & Acceptance (IT&A), required reporting, and all data entry for new service activations Work with customers, solution architects, and vendor SMEs to implement changes and identify/analyze/resolve issues Manage Service Orders per Change Management procedures; ensure TSOs are accurate and in place Initiate device configurations using configlets Analyze DISN and supporting databases to validate/implement customer requirements Design/implement solutions to complex problems via testing, documentation, and configuration modifications Coordinate/program circuit activations with commercial vendors for end-to-end connectivity Monitor networks post-change to confirm traffic behavior an...
