Import And Export Analyst

Role summary:

Execute and coordinate international import and export operations to ensure on-time deliveries and full compliance with national and international customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment of products from the U.S. and Mexico to Colombia and the Caribbean, aligning with the weekly production forecast and in collaboration with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Monitor and track all shipments to guarantee timely delivery according to quarterly forecasts and customer expectations.
• Ensure that all import and export procedures strictly comply with local and international trade regulations.
• Manage applications for import licenses, including used equipment permits and hazardous material authorizations (e.g., batteries).
• Identify trade barriers and provide recommendations or corrective actions to prevent shipment delays or compliance risks.
