**SUMMARY**
This position is responsible to assist in executing all related activities of international purchasing, imports, exports, and logistics requirements of the company ensuring compliance.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES** include the following. Others may be assigned.
Assist the import/export specialist in:
- Review prior days shipments and arrivals, organize and release import schedule.
- Prepare customs clearance documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, technical data sheet, proxy´s, etc.)
- Planning and monitoring all logistics aspects of international transportation making sure all documentation is complete and correct (shipping labels, waybills, etc.)Maintain close communication with the custom broker to reconcile pediment and commercial invoice to actual materials. In case of any discrepancies, report immediately.
