Are you an experienced Ocean Freight professional looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will involve working full time Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm.

Main duties:
  • Managing FCL and LCL ocean freight shipments from initial booking through to final delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact between shipping lines, hauliers, customers, overseas agents, and internal teams
  • Preparing and handling all essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Ensuring full compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and company procedures
