Job Title: Import Documentation Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Import Documentation Coordinator to manage the documentation process for import shipments. The role involves preparing and managing import documents, coordinating with customs brokers, suppliers, shipping lines, and clearing agents, and ensuring compliance with import regulations. You will also be responsible for managing customs clearance, invoicing, record keeping, and resolving any documentation issues that arise during the import process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import documentation (BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, and shipping lines for timely clearance and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and handle any discrepancies.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records for auditing.
