Job Description

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for smooth shipment execution.
• Coordinate & liaise with carriers, transport and shipping vendors.
• Monitor shipment timelines, status and resolve delays or operational issues proactively.
• Serve as main contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, permits, invoices).
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing, record-keeping and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
