Import & Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-of-the-end import and export operations for smooth shipment execution.
• Coordinate & liaise with Carriers, transport and shipping vendors.
• Monitor shipment timelines, status and resolve delays or operational issues proactively.
• Serve as main contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, permits, invoices).
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing, record-keeping and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
