Job Description

The Import & Export Documentation Officer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all shipping and customs documentation to ensure smooth international trade operations. This role ensures compliance with local and international regulations, coordinates with logistics partners, and supports the company’s supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and process import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of all import/export documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
