Import Export Executive

We are looking for experienced Import-Export professionals with experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, to Join our Supply Chain team at

Micro CRISPR Pvt Ltd .

Job title - Senior Officers /Assistant Manager ( Export - Import)

Location - Vapi, Gujarat

Industry - Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and manage international shipments; coordinate with freight

forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers, and track shipments to ensure timely

delivery.

Ensure all import activities comply with international trade laws, customs

regulations, tariff classifications, and regulatory requirements

Prepare, review, and manage import documentation including customs

declarations, shipping manifests, invoices, and compliance paperwork .

Liaise with international suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and

shipping lines to ensure smooth flow of goods

Handle import related problem resolution including shipment delays,

custom queries, and documentation discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of import transactions and prepare regular management reports on shipment status and activities

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to

streamline import operations.

Experience

Officer: 1.5 - 2 years of relevant Import-Export experience

Assistant Manager: 5 - 7 years of relevant Import-Export experience

Preferred Background

Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
