Role Overview

The Import Manager is responsible for overseeing international trade operations and materials/inventory control activities to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, regulatory compliance, and optimal inventory levels. The role combines trade compliance, logistics coordination, and inventory planning to support uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time

• Overseeing the issue of import licenses and completion of monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner

• Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delay
