Job Description

As an Import Shipping Document Assistant at Udani Carpets Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for arranging documentation for the import shipping and logistics operations. This full-time role based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, will involve processing and managing shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate import of goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing import shipping documents including packing lists, bill of ladings, and customs declarations
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Tracking shipment status
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for import shipping records

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an import shipping or logistics administrative role
