Import/export Compliance Coordinator

**How you will do it?**
- Request quotes and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of equipment, merchandise, materials, and services required for the operation.
- Receive and process requests for indirect materials, MRO and/or services through ARIBA Portal
- Processing, review, and control of purchase orders
- Negotiation and placement of contracts and/or open purchase orders (achieving the largest number of consignments possible.
- Act as a moderator between suppliers and internal customers, evaluation, selection, and development of suppliers.
- Maintain information feedback with suppliers through written communication; about rejections, returns and other observations about your products and/or materials.
- Verify and ensure compliance with legal, corporate and other applicable health, safety and environmental requirements.

- Minimum 3 years with INDIRECT procurement
