We are seeking an experienced Executive for Import Export Operations to join our team in Faridabad. This full-time role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing the import-export processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations. Qualifications and Skills:-

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in import-export operations, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry.
• Proficient in logistics coordination, demonstrating the ability to organize and manage transportation routes and schedules efficiently.
• Experience in freight forwarding, with a track record of managing shipments and dealing with carriers and third-party suppliers.
• Skilled in order processing, ensuring all purchase orders are accurately and efficiently processed from initiation to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, capable of analyzing data and generating detailed reports to aid decision-making processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of export documentation and the ability to ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and compliant.
• Familiarity with customs compliance, understanding legal requirements and regulations to guarantee smooth border transitions.
• Expertise in supply chain management, with the ability to optimize processes and minimize costs across the supply chain.
• Import/Export Regulations (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of laws and practices governing international trade required for ensuring compliant operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipping logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage documentation for import-export, including invoices, shippers' documents, and BOE filing, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and other third-party agents to ensure the effective transport of goods.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track shipments, updating necessary stakeholders on progress and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide reports to management as required.
• Stay updated with changes in import/export regulations and ensure company practices remain compliant.
• Work collaboratively with the procurement and sales departments to forecast shipping demands and allocate resources accordingly.
