Qualifications

• Proven experience with IBM IMS DB and IMS TM.
• Strong programming skills in COBOL and/or PL/I.
• Knowledge of mainframe operating systems z/OS.
• Experience with database design and management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Understanding of transaction management and recovery.
