We are looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Functional Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing the Workday Compensation module configurations. The candidate should be skilled in configuring compensation plans, grades, and eligibility rules, supporting end-to-end compensation review processes for large territories. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recommending solutions and ensuring the alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives.
