& Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Workday Integrations Expert to join our team to lead the integration efforts within our Workday environment. The ideal candidate should have profound knowledge of Workday integrations, focusing on building, implementing, and maintaining integration systems that connect Workday to various internal and external platforms. The role demands excellent technical expertise and the ability to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
  • Configure and optimize integration systems to facilitate seamless connectivity between Workday and other internal or external systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend integration needs and provide effective solutions aligning with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and secure data transmission.
  • Document integration configurations and workflows to ensure transparency and continuity in operations.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and data protection standards in all integration processes.
  • Mandatory skill sets: 

  • Experience in supporting or developing Workday integrations
  • Experience in the following Workday integration technologies:Workday connectorsDocument Transformation & EIBWorkday Reports and Calculated FieldsXML and JSON file formatsWorkday Studio integrationWorkday API integration in both SOAP and RESTPayroll (PECI)BIRT report designXSLT
  • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests
  • Prior hand-on experience with data analysis, PoC, middleware and problem solving
  • Understanding end to end HR processes, technical security operations and information security standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Preferred skill sets: 

  • Understanding of various integration platforms and middleware solutions.
  • Understand the nature of business within a large multinational organization (e.g. time zone differences, cultural diversity, offshore colleagues)
  • Completed Workday training including PRO/Partner Certification in the respective area of expertise
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
